We first saw Remission when they played a huge show in Kenosha with 10-96. Remission was fast, raw and had dueling vocals. It was defiantly up our alley so we asked them to do a record. Not to long after that we sent them into Smart Studios in Madison with Mike Zirkel as the engineer. What resulted was one kick ass fast record. It was also completely recorded , mastered and pressed in analog. Which was a rarity at that time. The record also came with a really nice magazine sized lyric book/insert. “Ok so why was the cover pink?” Good question. It was spouse to be red , but the printing company screwed it up. They tried to make every excuse for their error , but in the end would not correct it. Neither Remission or us happy about that , but in the end we all laughed and let it go. After all you don’t listen to the cover.
